北京素鳞科技产业有限公司（以下简称“我们”或“话画”）深知个人信息对您的重要性，并会尽全力保护您的个人信息安全可靠。我们将通过本《隐私权政策》（以下简称“本隐私政策”）帮助您了解我们收集、使用、存储和共享个人信息的情况，以及您所享有的相关权利。我们致力于维持您对我们的信任，恪守以下原则，保护您的个人信息：权责一致原则、目的明确原则、选择同意原则、最小必要原则、确保安全原则、主体参与原则、公开透明原则等。同时，我们承诺，我们将按业界成熟的安全标准，采取相应的安全保护措施来保护您的个人信息。
请您在使用我们的产品（或服务）前，仔细阅读（未成年人请在监护人陪同下阅读）并了解本隐私权政策，以做出适当选择。当您同意本隐私权政策时，即表示您已同意我们按照本隐私权政策处理您的相关信息。除非您已阅读并接受本隐私权政策所有条款，否则您不应使用本产品或服务。
一、我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息
为了向您提供服务，话画授权软件可能需要在必要范围内向您申请获取下列权限。请您放心，话画授权软件不会默认开启这些权限，只有经过您单独同意后，才会在为实现特定服务/功能时访问。即使经过您的授权，可以访问您的相应权限，我们仅会在您的授权范围内进行访问，并获取相应信息（如涉及）；且您可随时撤回授权，在您撤回授权后，我们将停止访问相应权限，也将无法再为您提供与之对应的某些服务，但不影响您享受我们提供的其他服务。
我们收集您的个人信息主要是为了您和其他用户能够更容易和更满意地使用我们的产品。我们的目标是向所有的互联网用户提供安全、便捷的上网经历。而这些信息有助于我们实现这一目标。
（一）我们将通过以下途径收集和获得您的个人信息：
1、您提供的信息。例如：
（1）您在注册话画帐号或使用我们的产品（或服务）时，向我们提供的信息；
（2）您通过我们的产品（或服务）向第三方提供的共享信息，以及您使用产品（或服务）时所存储的信息。
请注意，如您在我们的产品（或服务）中其他用户可见的公开区域内上传或发布的信息中、您对其他人上传或发布的信息作出的回应中公开您的信息，该等信息可能会被他人收集并加以使用。当您发现他人不正当地收集或使用您的信息时，可通过本隐私政策“如何联系我们”章节所列的反馈渠道联系我们。
2、我们获取的您的信息。例如：您在使用我们的产品（或服务）时，我们收集、汇总、记录的信息，例如日志信息、位置信息、设备信息。
（二）我们会出于本隐私政策所述的以下目的，收集和使用您的个人信息：
您理解并同意，我们希望提供给您的产品和服务是完善的，所以我们会不断改进我们的产品和服务，这意味着随着产品和服务的迭代、拓展、升级等，我们可能会经常推出新的服务或业务功能或重新划分业务功能，并可能需要收集新的个人信息或变更个人信息使用目的、方式或范围。请您注意，如果我们要将您的个人信息用于本隐私政策中未载明的其他用途或额外收集未提及的其他个人信息，我们会通过页面提示、交互流程、网站公告或其他方式另行征得您的同意。一旦您同意，该等额外用途将视为本隐私政策的一部分，该等额外信息也将适用本隐私政策。在此过程中，如您有任何疑问，您可通过本隐私政策“如何联系我们”章节所列的反馈渠道联系我们，我们会尽快为您作出解答。
1、帮助您注册成为话画用户。
为帮助您完成账号的创建，以便我们为您提供注册用户服务，我们为您提供了多种注册渠道供您自行选择。当您选择使用手机号码注册时，您需要向我们提供您的手机号码、网络运营商及种类等个人敏感信息，我们使用这类信息发送验证码信息以供您提交验证身份是否有效。
当您选择使用第三方账号（例如微信、QQ、微博等）更便捷地注册并登录用户账号时，我们将通过间接获得的方式访问、收集您明示授权后的个人信息（您在第三方账号中的头像、昵称类信息，具体以不同第三方账号授权的公开信息及权限为准）并将您的第三方账户与您的注册账户绑定。若您拒绝提供第三方账号下的信息，您将无法选择使用第三方帐号的方式注册并登录。我们承诺该类个人信息的第三方账号渠道来源的合法性。
在注册成为话画用户过程中以及使用过程中，您可以自主选择是否补充提供您的昵称（含真实姓名）、性别、头像(含真实头像）、出生年月、行业类别及作品用途等信息，这将有助于我们为您提供个性化、更优质的用户服务。
您知悉，我们收集手机号码、第三方账号信息以及补充信息是为了满足相关法律法规的网络实名制要求。但是您不提供手机号码、第三方账号信息以及补充信息，井不会影响您使用产品或服务的基础功能。
您提供的上述信息，将在您使用本服务期间持续授权我们使用。在您申请注销账号时，我们将按照相关法律规定及本《隐私权政策》的约定在规定时间内停止使用并删除上述信息。
上述信息将存储于中华人民共和国境内。如需跨境传输，我们将会单独征得您的授权同意。
2、为您提供其他相关产品功能和/或服务
为实现以下各项产品功能和/或服务，我们可能需要向您收集相对应的个人信息。
1)提供基础功能服务、网络安全及运营安全保障。
为保障基础功能服务的正常运行，向您提供问题诊断等服务并进行数据统计，保障您的帐号、网络、运营及系统安全，预防钓鱼网站欺诈及木马病毒，在您使用本产品的过程中，我们可能会收集您的设备信息，包括不可变更的设备唯一标识，如IMEI号、AndroidID、IDFA、GUID、OPENUDID、SIM卡IMSI信息、硬件序列号、MAC地址、登陆IP地址、操作日志信息。这类信息是为提供服务必须收集的信息，收集后即作去标识化处理，不会用于识别任何特定的用户。
请注意，单独的设备信息、日志信息是无法识别特定自然人身份的信息。如果我们将这类非个人信息与其他信息结合用于识别特定自然人身份，或者将其与个人信息结合使用，则在结合使用期间，这类非个人信息将被视为个人信息，除取得您授权或法律法规另有规定外，我们会将该类个人信息做匿名化、去标识化处理。这些信息在结合使用期间，将作为您的个人信息按照本隐私政策处理与保护。
2)客服服务。
当您向我们提起投诉、进行咨询或申诉时，为了方便与您联系或帮助您解决问题，我们可能需要您提供姓名、手机号码、电子邮件及其他有效的联系方式等个人信息。 如您拒绝提供上述信息，我们可能无法向您及时反馈相关处理结果，但不影响您正常使用其他基础功能。
收集个人信息类型（范围）：IMEI、设备型号信息及登陆IP地址、操作日志，这类信息是为提供服务必须收集的信息，收集后即作去标识化处理，不会用于识别任何特定的用户。
3)维护产品安全及时排除故障。
为维护我们服务的正常运行，以及保障您的帐号安全、排查产品故障、改进及优化我们的服务，我们会收集您的个人信息。
收集个人信息类型（范围）：IMEI、设备型号信息及登陆IP地址、操作日志，这类信息是为提供服务必须收集的信息，收集后即作去标识化处理，不会用于识别任何特定的用户。
4)用于分享和调起第三方支付等功能。
如您将话画平台中内容分享至第三方平台时，我们会读取您的应用列表信息用以判断该第三方平台是否存在从而达成分享目的；如您使用话画平台中支付功能时，我们也会读取您的应用列表信息用以判断该第三方支付应用是否存在以完成支付功能。
5)AI算法优化服务。
当您使用背景去除或语音输入时，我们会收集人物边缘轮廓特征，识别图片中的人物边缘轮廓特征，通过AI算法实现抠图；我们会收集音频信号，通过自然语义分析，生成文字。这是为了实现AI算法优化，更准确快速地识别文字或配音、识别人像背景抠图。使用次数越多，AI算法优化效果越好。这类信息是为提供本服务必须收集的信息，收集后即作去标识化处理，不会用于识别任何特定的用户。
3、为您提供个性的创作创意服务
当您首次使用我们的产品或服务进行创作时，为保证该功能的正常使用，我们可能会向您请求授权照片、麦克风等敏感权限。在此过程中，您可以自行选择是否向我们提供，您如果拒绝授权提供，将无法使用此业务项下的需授权功能，但不影响您正常使用其他基础功能。
4、改善我们的产品或服务
我们还可能为了改善我们的产品或服务的合理需要而获得的您的其他信息，包括您的隐私设置、您使用的产品和功能以及您的作品草稿等基础数据，以便为您提供服务及个性化内容和建议。在此过程中，您可以自行选择是否向我们提供，您如果拒绝授权提供，将无法使用相关附加功能，但不影响您正常使用其他基础功能。
5、设备权限调用
在提供服务过程中，为了保证您能正常使用产品功能，我们会向系统申请您的以下设备权限，申请前我们会征询您的同意，您可以选择“允许”或“禁止”权限申请。经过您的授权后我们会开启相关权限，您可以随时在系统中取消授权，您取消授权会导致您无法使用相关的业务功能，但不会导致您无法使用其他业务功能。

（三）征得授权同意的例外:
1、根据相关法律法规规定，以下情形中收集您的个人信息无需征得您的授权同意：
2、与国家安全、国防安全有关的；
3、与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益有关的；
4、与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等有关的；
5、出于维护个人信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到您本人同意的；
6、所收集的个人信息是您自行向社会公众公开的；
7、从合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道；
8、根据您的要求签订合同所必需的；
9、用于维护所提供的产品或服务的安全稳定运行所必需的，例如发现、处置产品或服务的故障；
10、为合法的新闻报道所必需的；
11、学术研究机构基于公共利益开展统计或学术研究所必要，且对外提供学术研究或描述的结果时，对结果中所包含的个人信息进行去标识化处理的；
12、法律法规规定的其他情形。
二、我们如何使用 Cookie 和同类技术
（一）Cookie
为确保产品或服务的正常运转、为您提供更轻松的访问体验、向您推荐您可能感兴趣的内容或广告等，我们会在您的计算机或移动设备上存储名为 Cookie 的小数据文件。Cookie 通常包含标识符、站点名称以及一些号码和字符。我们可能会设置认证与保障安全性的Cookie，以确认您是否安全登录服务，或者是否遇到盗用、欺诈及其他不法行为。这些技术还会帮助我们改进服务效率，提升登录和响应速度。借助于Cookie，网站能够存储您的偏好或购物篮内的商品等数据，并可以帮助您省去重复您填写个人信息、输入搜索内容的步骤和流程。
我们不会将 Cookie 用于本隐私政策所述目的之外的任何用途。您可根据自己的偏好管理或删除Cookie。您可以清除计算机上保存的所有 Cookie，大部分网络浏览器都设有阻止 Cookie 的功能。但如果您这么做，则需要在每一次访问我们的网站时亲自更改用户设置。
（二）网站信标和像素标签
除 Cookie 外，我们还会在网站上使用网站信标和像素标签等其他同类技术。例如，我们向您发送的电子邮件可能含有链接至我们网站内容的点击 URL。如果您点击该链接，我们则会跟踪此次点击，帮助我们了解您的产品或服务偏好并改善客户服务。网站信标通常是一种嵌入到网站或电子邮件中的透明图像。借助于电子邮件中的像素标签，我们能够获知电子邮件是否被打开。如果您不希望自己的活动以这种方式被追踪，则可以随时从我们的寄信名单中退订。
（三）Do Not Track（请勿追踪）
您可根据自己的偏好管理或删除Cookie。您可以清除您的设备上保存的所有Cookie，很多网络浏览器均设有 Do Not Track 功能，该功能可向网站发布 Do Not Track 请求。目前，主要互联网标准组织尚未设立相关政策来规定网站应如何应对此类请求。但如果您的浏览器启用了 Do Not Track，那么我们的所有网站都会尊重您的选择。
三、我们如何共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息
（一）共享
我们在遵守“合法正当、最小必要、目的明确原则”的前提下共享您的个人信息。同时，我们将对个人信息的共享活动事先进行个人信息保护影响评估，对输出形式、流转、使用等采取有效的技术保护措施。在合作协议层面，严格要求合作伙伴的信息保护义务与责任。对于委托处理个人信息的场景，我们会与受托合作方根据法律规定签署相关处理协议，并对其个人信息使用活动进行监督。对于共同处理个人信息的场景，我们会与合作方根据法律规定签署相关协议并约定各自的权利和义务，确保在使用相关个人信息的过程中遵守法律的相关规定、保护数据安全。
我们不会向其他任何公司、组织和个人分享您的个人信息，但以下情况除外：
1、在获取明确同意的情况下共享：获得您的明确同意后，我们会与其他方共享您的个人信息。
2、我们可能会根据法律法规规定，或按政府主管部门的强制性要求，对外共享您的个人信息。
3、与我们的关联公司共享：您的个人信息可能会与我们关联公司共享。我们只会共享必要的个人信息，且受本隐私政策中所声明目的的约束。关联公司如要改变个人信息的处理目的，将再次征求您的授权 同意。
4、与授权合作伙伴共享：仅为实现本隐私权政策中声明的目的，我们的某些服务将由授权合作伙伴提供。我们可能会与合作伙伴共享您的某些个人信息，以提供更好的客户服务和用户体验。例如，我们聘请来提供第三方数据统计和分析服务的公司可能需要采集和访问个人数据以进行数据统计和分析。在这种情况下，这些公司必须遵守我们的数据隐私和安全要求。我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的共享您的个人信息，并且只会共享提供服务所必要的个人信息。
为保障相关服务的实现与应用安全稳定的运行，我们的应用可能会接入由第三方提供的软件开发包（SDK）实现相关目的。我们会对合作方获取信息的软件工具开发包（SDK）进行严格的安全监测，以保护数据安全。我们会尽到审慎义务，努力保障您的信息安全，尽可能及时更新并向您说明话画所有接入第三方SDK的最新情况。但也请您理解：我们所接入的第三方SDK提供方如未及时主动向我们告知或未被我们检测出存在调用您的设备权限、获取您的相关信息的情况，可能会被认为不涉及对您个人信息的收集，因而也不在此列明。

对我们与之共享个人信息的公司、组织和个人，我们会与其签署严格的保密协定，要求他们按照我们的说明、本隐私政策以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理个人信息。
（二）转让
我们不会将您的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织和个人，但以下情况除外：
1、在获取明确同意的情况下转让：获得您的明确同意后，我们会向其他方转让您的个人信息；
2、随着我们业务的持续发展，我们有可能进行合并、收购、资产转让或类似的交易，而您的信息有可能作为此类交易的一部分而被转移。我们会在要求新的持有您个人信息的公司、组织继续受本隐私政策的约束，如果本隐私政策约定的个人信息的处理目的、处理方式等发生改变，我们将要求该公司、组织重新向您征求授权同意；
3、满足法律法规、法律程序的要求或强制性的政府要求或司法裁定，我们会向其他方转让您的个人信息。
（三）公开披露
我们仅会在以下情况，且采取符合业界标准的安全防护措施的前提下，才会公开披露您的个人信息：
1、根据您的需求，在您明确同意的披露方式下披露您所指定的个人信息；
2、根据法律、法规的要求、强制性的行政执法或司法要求所必须提供您个人信息的情况下，我们可能会依据所要求的个人信息类型和披露方式公开披露您的个人信息，在符合法律法规的前提下，当我们收到披露信息的请求时，我们会要求必须出示与之相应的法律文件。我们坚信，对于要求我们提供的信息，应该在法律允许的范围内尽可能保持透明，我们对所有的请求都将进行慎重的审核，以确保其具备合法依据。且仅限于执法部门因特定调查目的且有合法权利获取的数据。
（四）共享、转让、披露个人信息时事先征得授权同意的例外
1、根据相关法律法规的规定，在以下情形中，共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息无需事先征得您的授权同意：
2、与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的；
3、与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的；
4、与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等有关的；
5、出于维护个人信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到本人同意的；
6、所收集的个人信息是个人信息主体自行向社会公众公开的；
7、其他法律法规等规定的情形。
根据法律规定，共享、转让经去标识化处理的个人信息，且确保数据接收方无法复原并重新识别个人信息主体的，不属于个人信息的对外共享、转让及公开披露行为，对此类数据的保存及处理将无需另行向您通知并征得您的同意。
四、我们如何储存和保护您的个人信息
（一）我们如何保存您的个人信息
1、储存地点
我们依照法律法规的规定，将在中国大陆运营过程中收集和产生的您的个人信息存储于中国大陆。目前，我们不会将您的个人信息传输至境外，如果我们向境外传输，我们将会遵循相关国家规定或者征求您的同意。
2、存储期限
我们会采取合理可行的措施避免收集无关的个人信息。除法律法规或监管部门另有规定或您同意延长保留期外，我们仅在本隐私权政所述目的所必需且最短时限内存储您的信息。
如我们终止服务或运营，我们将及时停止继续收集您个人信息的活动，同时会遵守相关法律法规要求提前向您通知，并在终止服务或运营后对您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理，但法律法规或监管部门另有规定的除外。
（二）技术保护
我们会严格遵守中国大陆关于处理个人信息的相关法律法规，努力使用符合业界标准的安全防护措施保护您的个人信息，防止您的个人信息遭到未经授权访问、公开披露、使用、修改、损坏或丢失。我们采取的安全防护措施如下，但也请您理解，任何安全措施都无法做到无懈可击：
1、在您的浏览器与“服务”之间交换数据（如信用卡信息）时受SSL或其他适当的算法对其进行加密保护，我们同时对网站提供https安全浏览方式。
2、我们会使用加密技术确保数据的保密性。
3、您的个人信息全都被储存在安全的服务器上，并在受控设施中受到保护。我们依据重要性和敏感性对您的信息进行分类，并且保证您的个人信息具有相应的安全等级。同样，我们对以云为基础的数据存储设有专门的访问控制措施，我们定期审查信息收集、储存和处理实践，包括物理安全措施，以防止任何未经授权的访问和使用。
4、我们将对第三方合作伙伴进行尽职调查以确保他们有能力保护您的个人信息。我们还将通过实施适当的合同限制，并在必要时进行审计及评估，来检查第三方是否采用了适当的安全标准。此外，访问您的个人信息的员工、第三方合作伙伴都遵守严格的合同保密义务。
5、我们会开展信息安全和隐私保护的培训和考试，以加强员工对于保护个人信息重要性的认识。
我们会不时对上述措施和管理方式加以修订完善以提升整体的安全性。
（三）安全系保证
我们围绕数据生命周期建立数据安全管理体系，从组织建设、制度设计、人员管理、产品技术、个人信息安全影响评估等方面多维度提升整个系统的安全性。
我们将尽力确保您发送给我们的任何信息的安全性。但互联网并非绝对安全的环境，而且电子邮件、即时通讯、及与其他我们用户的交流方式并未加密，我们强烈建议您不要通过此类方式发送个人信息。请使用复杂密码，协助我们保证您的账号安全。
（四）信息安全事件处理
在不幸发生个人信息安全事件后，我们将按照法律法规的要求，及时向您告知：安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施等。我们将及时将事件相关情况以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知等方式告知您，难以逐一告知个人信息主体时，我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。
同时，我们还将按照监管部门要求，主动上报个人信息安全事件的处置情况。
五、您的权利
按照中国相关的法律、法规、标准，以及其他国家、地区的通行做法，我们保障您对自己的个人信息行使以下权利：
（一）查阅、复制您的个人信息
您有权查阅您的个人信息，法律法规规定的例外情况除外。
1、如果您想行使数据查阅权，可以通过以下方式自行查阅：
账户信息——如果您希望查阅或编辑您的账户中的个人资料信息和支付信息、更改您的密码、添加安全信息或关闭您的账户等，您可以通过访问huahua.solart.pro网站自行修改或联系在线客服执行此类操作。
搜索信息——您可以在huahua.solart.pro中查阅或清除您的搜索历史记录、查看和修改个人信息以及管理其他数据。
如果您无法通过上述链接访问这些个人信息，您可以随时发送电子邮件至user@solart.pro。我们将在15个工作日内回复您的查阅请求。
2、如果您想行使数据复制权，可以随时发送电子邮件至user@solart.pro。我们将在15个工作日内回复您的复制请求。
（二）更正您的个人信息
当您发现我们处理的关于您的个人信息有错误时，您有权自行修改或要求我们做出更正。您可以通过“（一）查阅、复制您的个人信息”中罗列的方式提出更正申请。
如果您无法通过上述链接更正这些个人信息，您可以随时发送电子邮件至user@solart.pro。我们将在15个工作日内回复您的更正请求。
（三）删除您的个人信息
在以下情形中，您可以向我们提出删除个人信息的请求：
1、如果我们收集、使用您的个人信息目的已实现、无法实现或者为实现处理目的不再必要；
2、如果我们收集、使用您的个人信息，却未征得您的同意；
3、如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反法律、行政法规或者违反约定；
4、如果您撤回同意，或您注销了账号；
5、如果我们不再为您提供产品或服务，或者信息保存期限已届满。
若我们决定响应您的删除请求，我们还将同时通知从我们获得您的个人信息的实体，要求其及时删除，除非法律法规另有规定，或这些实体获得您的独立授权。
当您从我们的服务中删除信息后，我们可能不会立即备份系统中删除相应的信息，但会在备份更新时删除这些信息。
（四）撤回您的授权
如果您希望撤销同意我们收集、使用和披露您的其他个人信息或者希望我们更正、更新或删除您的个人信息，可发送电子邮件至user@solart.pro，我们将在15个工作日内回复您的撤销、更正、更新请求。
但请您理解并同意，当您撤回某些授权时，将导致与之相关的产品功能不可用，我们无法继续为您提供撤回同意或授权所对应的特定功能和/或服务，并且您撤回授权的决定不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理。
（五）个人信息主体注销账户
我们尊重用户的使用习惯，如您决定不再使用我们的产品及服务，您注销成功后，我们将停止为您提供产品或服务，并根据适用法律的要求删除您的个人信息或作匿名化处理。 您可以通过以下方式自行操作注销：
方式（1）：您可在【设置】-【个人资料】-【账号注销】中进行帐号注销。我们将在验证您的身份并清理帐号中的资产后，为您提供帐号注销服务。
方式（2）：您可发送电子邮件至user@solart.pro。我们将在15个工作日内回复您的注销请求。
在注销账户之后，我们将停止为您提供产品或服务，并依据您的要求，删除您的个人信息，法律法规另有规定的除外。
（六）响应您的上述请求
为保障安全，您的任何请求都可能需要提供书面请求，或以其他方式证明您的身份。我们可能会先要求您验证自己的身份，然后再处理您的请求。
我们将在15个工作日内做出答复。如您不满意，还可以通过以下途径投诉：

对于您合理的请求，我们原则上不收取费用，但对多次重复、超出合理限度的请求，我们将视情收取一定成本费用。对于那些无端重复、需要过多技术手段（例如，需要开发新系统或从根本上改变现行惯例）、给他人合法权益带来风险或者非常不切实际（例如，涉及备份磁带上存放的信息）的请求，我们可能会予以拒绝。
在以下情形中，按照法律法规要求，我们将无法响应您的请求：
1、与国家安全、国防安全有关的；
2、与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益有关的；
3、与犯罪侦查、起诉和审判等有关的；
